PS3 Firmware 3.41

Tuesday, July 27th, 2010

Switch on your PS3 today and you’ll be informed of a new firmware update… don’t get to excited thou as it’s not for 3D BD movie playback, thats September. This is purely a cosmetic enhancement for the PlayStation Store.

Firmware 3.41 is nothing substantial but improves the PlayStation Store  by bringing an all new “You May Like” section. When you are viewing the details page of a specific piece of content on the PlayStation Store, you will also be greeted with this new section which will highlight similar pieces of content based on the purchases of PSN users.

Expect to see this in action when UK store update hits tomorrow afternoon.

A New Dimension is here!!!

Tuesday, May 18th, 2010

Finally there’s a television that delivers a picture so stunning that it looks – and feels – more real than reality. It’s the Samsung LED 7000. With its explosive 3D capabilities and immersive HyperReal Engine, it delivers the world as you’ve never seen it before. Its LED screen amplifies images to such an extent that it’s hard to believe they’re coming out of an ultra-slim TV. Richer colours, smoother motion and mega contrast levels combine to make an unparalleled viewing experience. So whether you’re watching your favourite television programs, web content or a video you shot yourself, it was designed to blow your mind.

There’s only one way to experience 3D when you’re not in a theatre.
And that’s the Samsung 3D LED TV.

It offers the ultimate immersive viewing experience by liberating content
from the flat confines of the TV and turning it into explosive imagery.
